Service Policies:

  1. We ask if you have not had a colour previously or have experienced any sensitivity or reactions from previous colour or other elements we recommend a sensitivity test prior to your colour appointment. Please book this 48 hours prior to your colour. We then will ask you to come back in for us to check the area after a 24hr period. . This is a complimentary service.
  2.  Our highly trained technicians provide professional colour using the finest products available. For outstanding results to continue, how you treat your hair is important. Casaellie cannot guarantee lasting results if you use unsuitable hair products or swim regularly. If for some reason you are unhappy with your hair service, please contact us within the first week after your service.
  3. Refunds will not be provided on any service, if for some reason you are not happy with the service and have contacted us within the 7days that your appointment was held, we will do our best to rectify the situation and accommodate you within reason.

Salon Etiquette:

Casaellie Hairdressing aims to provide a pampered and relaxing experience for every client, every visit. For us to deliver the most premium services, we kindly ask that you observe our etiquette guidelines.

  1. We equally respect the time of all our clients, which is why it’s essential for you to arrive on time for your appointment, preventing other clients being delayed for their services. Your appointment maybe cancelled on the spot if the hairdresser cannot complete the service on time.
  2. If you’re unable to make your appointment we ask you let us know as soon as possible so the appointment can be filled. Please do not wait for the confirmation text messages.
  3. In some cases we will require a  20% non refundable deposit for any future bookings if you have previously no showed  to your appointments or cancelled continuously as well as rebooking of large services that require a large time frame.
  4. We strive to create a relaxing and tranquil environment. Please be courteous, put your phone on silent and respect everyone else’s time of relaxation.
  5. Children are welcome in our salon, but we encourage you to bring something that they can entertain themselves with. We want our clients to feel comfortable and relaxed, without any distractions. We also want everyone to be safe, you are the parent not us so please make sure they are acting in a safe manner in the salon.
  6. If you schedule a colour appointment, avoid wearing white or high-collared tops. We take the utmost care when colouring, however, we prefer to prevent any damage to garments during colouring and rinsing. Casaellie does not take responsibility for any clothing or personal items.
  7. Casaellie is a very busy salon, we ask you to please re-book all future appointments to avoid the disappointment on missing out on the dates or days that suit you, please be kind to all staff at all times.
